Plans are available on all bikes purchased in store and online from us within 60 days. 

Your Service Plan is non-refundable, non-transferable and is registered to you and your bike (frame number required)

Can I buy a service plan for any bike?

Not at the moment, our service plans are reserved for customers who buy a bike from us

What if I bought a bike from you recently?

You have 60 days from date of purchase, if its  just over that time limit, just get in touch with us.

How do I book my services?

Just get in touch with your local store

Will I have a service plan booklet or receipt?

Every bike we sell has a service record booklet. Your service plan details will be attached to that.

What happens if my bike is stolen?

We can transfer the plan to a new bike bought from us but they are not refundable
