Plans are available on all bikes purchased in store and online within 60 days of purchase.
Your service plan is non-refundable, non-transferable and registered to both you and your bike.

Not at the moment. Our service plans are reserved for customers who buy a bike from us.
What if I bought a bike from you recently?
You have 60 days from the date of purchase. If you are just over that, get in touch with us.
How do I book my services?

Will I have a service plan booklet or receipt?
Every bike we sell has a service record booklet. Your service plan details will be attached to that.
What happens if my bike is stolen?
We can transfer the plan to a new bike bought from us, but plans are not refundable.
