We aim to despatch an in-stock boxed bike 3-5 days after an order is placed (not including weekends / bank & public holidays).
For bike in a warehouse location we aim to dispatch within 10-12 days (not including weekends / bank & public holidays).
Bikes will be delivered by DX or TNT, please note for some Cube Stereos the front wheel will be packed in a separate box but both wheel and bike should be delivered at the same time.
Our Ready to Ride (R2R) Delivery Service for bikes is available to selected UK mainland locations (see map below). We will deliver your new bike, fully built, configured and tested. Please read more below about this premium service below.
From mid July 2024 we are now able to deliver a cargo bike in a box for FREE (to our regular FREE delivery areas - not Highlands etc).
Previously as our cargo bikes are larger than standard electric bikes they were only available for home delivery via our Ready2Ride delivery option (or click and collect), you can still select this option however if you prefer.
If you choose Ready2Ride one of our team will deliver your new bike, fully built, configured and tested, we will personally hand over your new bike, make adjustments if required and can also wait while you take a short test ride round the block.
For parts and accessories we aim to despatch next working day.
Some orders may be split due to items being sent from different locations. Place an order for £50 or more and delivery is free to mainland UK (including Highlands), for an order under £50 delivery is charged at £8.99. For Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle Or Man and other non mainland locations additional charges will apply.

Our Standard Boxed Delivery for bikes is FREE to UK mainland locations for online orders only (excluding Highlands and Islands where there is an additional surcharge payable).
We can also deliver a bike to BT Northern Ireland and IM Isle Of Man subject to surcharges plus Orkney and Shetland Islands too, please refer to the map below for our current prices, for other non mainland locations please contact us for a quote.
Your bike will be sent by TNT or DX couriers with tracking information provided. Delivery will be on a weekday although we can sometimes arrange a Saturday delivery (subject to an additional charge), please contact our team for more information.
We are sorry but do not ship outside of the UK and we can't ship to The Republic of Ireland or The Channel Islands.
NOTE: Standard Boxed Deliveries are very well packed and require basic assembly of the bike upon delivery. The bars need to be turned and pedals fitted.

Please note if you order more than one item your products may arrive in separate shipments. We do aim to send everything together but logistically this is sometimes just not feasible.
If you notice any damage to the packaging please sign for it as damaged, take as many photos as possible then inspect your item fully. Please notify us within 24 hours if there is an issue with the item. Please don't use the item before you contact us and please keep the original packaging.
Bikes / items are well packed by our team so damage that occurs during transit is rare but does occasionally happen, we will do our very best to resolve any issues.
We accept returns of items bought via our online store up to 28 days from the date of delivery.
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us within 14 days of delivery via phone or email and also complete our returns form HERE.
If you wish to return your bike / item please note:
Any bikes that do not meet this criteria will be considered on a case-by-case basis and a restocking fee may apply at our discretion.
Customers are responsible for any charges for returning a bike or item which is not damaged or faulty. You are also welcome to return a bike / item to any of our stores.
If we arrange collection of a bike or item, the collection charge will be deducted from any refund we make. Please contact us for more information.
We cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit if an item is being returned so please if you returning an item please keep your proof of dispatch / tracking information.
Once the bike / item has been received will inspect it fully, if there is damage etc only a partial refund will be issued.
Refunds will normally be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds will be made to the card used for the original purchase.
