Test Ride – We will contact you with your requirements and what bike you are interested in trying out. We will make sure the bike is available and ready to ride. You would just need to bring some photo ID and a credit card on the day. If you have a helmet then bring it along but we can supply one. Don't forget appropriate clothing for the weather.
Accompanied Test Ride – The same as a regular test ride but we will accompany you. If you are new to cycling, have never tried an electric bike or haven't cycled for some time then this is the perfect way to make sure you are getting the best from the experience. Along the ride we can discuss how the functions of the bike work and answer any questions you may have.
Consultation – You may just want to know what an e-bike is. How it works and discover more about the types and make of bikes available. We will set aside some time to discuss all the different options and help you find the right bike for you. One of our team will ensure you have all the information you need to make an informed decision, there is no hard sell. After your consultation you may want to go for a test ride to try it out.
Service – You may already have an e-bike or a non e-bike that needs some love. All our stores have qualified technicians and they are all happy to discuss what can be done to make sure your current bike is roadworthy and operating efficiently.
Performance Health Check - A 20 point inspection of your E-Bike to make sure all the important parts of the bike are working to a satisfactory level. We check all parts of the bike, including tyre wear and pressure, your gears (drivetrain) and all other important parts.
All stores with the exception of Gloucester, are closed on Mondays. The availability of Services and Performance Health Checks may be restricted at weekends.
