Do all stores offer test rides?
Yes, you can test ride any bike available in store.
Do I need to book in advance?
No, but we recommend contacting the store to ensure the bikes you want are available.
What do I need to bring?
Please bring photo ID with proof of address. We will retain this while you are out on the bike. Helmets are required and can be provided.
Can I leave belongings in store?
Yes, but items are left at your own risk.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, all of our stores are dog friendly.
How many bikes can I try?
As many as you like. Most customers try between one and three.
Will the bike be adjusted?
Yes, we will adjust the bike for comfort before your ride.
Where can I ride?
Each store has safe, pre-planned routes. A team member can accompany you if needed.
Can I ride off-road?
No, test rides are limited to tarmac and gravel paths.
How long is a test ride?
Around 5 minutes is usually enough for most riders.
