The benefit of taking a test ride is you can confirm your size, try different styles of frame and bike and more importantly feel how good the assistance is when you pedal.
All of our stores have a fleet of demo bikes available to try. If you want to try a particular brand, size or motor, for example, it is a good idea to contact the store ahead of your visit or call our customer service team on 0117 452 6571 to confirm we have the right bike for you.
All our stores are closed on Sundays and only our Gloucester store is open on Mondays.
Yes, you can test ride any bike we have available in any store
No, but we would advise you contact the store prior to your visit just to confirm they have the bikes you want to try. We wouldn't want you to make a wasted journey.
Please bring Photo ID with proof of address. We will retain this while you are out on the bike(s). We will take a penny off a Credit/Debit card and we will also ask you to fill out and sign a test ride form too, for insurance purposes. Helmets are compulsory. We can provide one if required. Hi-viz can be provided too.
Yes that's not a problem, we will pop your bag or coat behind our counter, any personal belongings however are left at the owners risk.
Yes we our team will be happy to keep your 4 legged friend entertained, as long as they are happy being left with a stranger, all of our stores are dog friendly.
You can ride any bike in store. Each of our stores has a great selection of bikes to try with different motor types, frame style and sizes.
As many as you like. Most customers we will try between one and three bikes before choosing their favourite, our team will guide you to the most suitable model.
Yes of course, we will adjust the seat to the correct height for you and on certain models the handlebars or stem can be altered we will do this to.
All of our stores have risk-assessed, safe routes for you to ride. If you are new to riding or haven't ridden for a while one of the team would be happy to accompany you if you feel you would like some company and support.
Sorry but you must remain on tarmac or gravel cycle paths, no mud or grass please!
We can advise on the best route to take from the store so you can experience the power on the hills, usually customers find 5 minutes riding is more than they need.
