The BikeFinder tracker is hidden and locked in the handlebar, with an unique expansion mechanism, the device is almost impossible to remove without the special tool.

With your BikeFinder subscription from £7.99 (including insurance), you can choose to have the best bike tracking device on the market, plus insurance included in your subscription.

Your BikeFinder subscription activates your tracker and enables you to track your bike should you need to report theft. The support team at BikeFinder will help you find your stolen bike.
Adding insurance gives you the ultimate easy feeling when parking your bike. BikeFinder finds most stolen bikes, but with insurance you can rest assured knowing that you are covered for theft if your bike can’t be found.A monthly subscription is required to activate the BikeFinder App and enable tracking of your bike.
Note: this tracker cannot be fitted to Bird or GoCycle bikes due to their handlebar design.
Lead Times
Before despatch, bikes are built, configured and tested by one of our experienced technical team.

We aim to despatch an in-stock bike 3-5 days after an order is placed (not including weekends / bank & public holidays).
For bike located in a warehouse location we aim to dispatch within 10-12 days (not including weekends / bank & public holidays).

Boxed Bike Delivery
FREE boxed bike delivery Our Standard Boxed Delivery for bikes is FREE to UK mainland locations (excluding Highlands where there is an additional surcharge payable).
We can also deliver a bike to BT Northern Ireland and IM Isle Of Man subject to surcharges plus Orkney and Shetland Islands, please refer to the map below for our current prices, for other non mainland locations please contact us for a quote.
Sorry but boxed delivery is not available for Cargo bikes due to their larger size.
Ready2Ride Delivery
Choose our Ready2Ride Service and one of our team will deliver your new bike, fully built, configured and tested, we will personally hand over your new bike, make adjustments if required and can also wait while you take a short test ride round the block. If your postcode qualifies for this service it will be available to select at checkout. Ready2Ride Delivery For Cargo Bikes
As our electric cargo bikes are larger than standard electric bikes these are only available for home delivery via our Ready2Ride delivery option (or click and collect). One of our team will deliver your new bike, fully built, configured and tested, we will personally hand over your new bike, make adjustments if required and can also wait while you take a short test ride round the block. This premium delivery is available to locations within a 50-75 miles radius of one of our stores. If your postcode qualifies for this service it will be available to select at checkout. Parts & Accessories
Place an order for £50 or more and delivery is free to mainland UK (including Highlands), for an order under £50 delivery is charged at £8.99.
For Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle Or Man and other non mainland locatons additional charges will apply.
Click & Collect
For Click & Collect orders, for security you must present photo ID plus the payment card used at time of collection. This is also applicable when you have purchased using V12 Finance. For more information click HERE
