The GPS tracker is integrated into the EU-wide data network with the integrated SIM card. You can see the location coordinates of your e-bike at any time.
Free data transmission in the 1st year! After that € 39,50 in annual subscription or €3,95 in monthly subscription.
The GPS tracker is connected to the battery of your e-bike to ensure the power supply. When the e-bike battery is switched off or removed, the GPS Tracker additional battery continues to supply the energy required for monitoring.
The maximum runtime is 14 hours for active GPS tracking and up to 3 weeks for stand-by operation. The additional battery is recharged immediately after switching on your e-bike. It takes approximately 1.5 hours to charge from 0 to 100%.
On the GPS web platform you can easily control and monitor GPS tracking using a PC, laptop or notebook. You get all the information about the location of your e-bike in real time and can view the routes traveled.Your routes are recorded and saved daily in the route diary, including distance, average and maximum speed. The export takes place as a gpx file. You can use your user profile on any number of devices.
One of our technical team can fit the BikeTrax to your bike, when purchasing a new bike from us we can do this for free.

We aim to despatch an in-stock bike 3-5 days after an order is placed (not including weekends / bank & public holidays).
For bike located in a warehouse location we aim to dispatch within 10-12 days (not including weekends / bank & public holidays).

Boxed Bike Delivery
FREE boxed bike delivery Our Standard Boxed Delivery for bikes is FREE to UK mainland locations (excluding Highlands where there is an additional surcharge payable).
We can also deliver a bike to BT Northern Ireland and IM Isle Of Man subject to surcharges plus Orkney and Shetland Islands, please refer to the map below for our current prices, for other non mainland locations please contact us for a quote.
Sorry but boxed delivery is not available for Cargo bikes due to their larger size.
Ready2Ride Delivery
Choose our Ready2Ride Service and one of our team will deliver your new bike, fully built, configured and tested, we will personally hand over your new bike, make adjustments if required and can also wait while you take a short test ride round the block. If your postcode qualifies for this service it will be available to select at checkout. Ready2Ride Delivery For Cargo Bikes
As our electric cargo bikes are larger than standard electric bikes these are only available for home delivery via our Ready2Ride delivery option (or click and collect). One of our team will deliver your new bike, fully built, configured and tested, we will personally hand over your new bike, make adjustments if required and can also wait while you take a short test ride round the block. This premium delivery is available to locations within a 50-75 miles radius of one of our stores. If your postcode qualifies for this service it will be available to select at checkout. Parts & Accessories
Place an order for £50 or more and delivery is free to mainland UK (including Highlands), for an order under £50 delivery is charged at £8.99.
For Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle Or Man and other non mainland locatons additional charges will apply.
Click & Collect
For Click & Collect orders, for security you must present photo ID plus the payment card used at time of collection. This is also applicable when you have purchased using V12 Finance. For more information click HERE
