You can choose to collect your bike from various Click & Collect locations throughout the UK.
To collect your order you MUST bring Photo ID and the card used to make the purchase. Without these we cannot release your order
Our aim is to deliver your bike to your desired Click & Collect location within a week of placing your order up to a maximum of 14 days. When your bike arrives, you will be contacted to arrange a convenient date and time to collect your bike and be taken through a full technical handover to include the following:
Where necessary we use Agents around the UK. These are reputable, skilled, authorised 3rd parties that are available as a Click and Collect Location where we don't have a store.
