Click & Collect

You can choose to collect your bike or items from our stores. 

To collect your order you MUST bring Photo ID and the card used to make the purchase. Without these we cannot release your order

We aim to process your order and have your bike ready to collect at your chosen store within 14 days*, before collection all bikes are built, configured and tested by one of our technical team.

When your bike or items is ready, you will be contacted to arrange a convenient date and time. The date you can collect your bike will vary depending if it is in the store you selected, one of our other stores, our warehouse in the UK or will be ordered from a supplier.

When you arrive in store if you are collecting a bike you will be taken through a full technical handover to include the following and you will also have the opportunity to ask as many questions as you want!

• Position setup (saddle height, steering & controls)
• Suspension setup (if applicable)
• Display unit and controller operation (modes, walk assist, other information)
• Battery charging, removal & care
• Cleaning & maintenance advice, tyre pressures
• Warranty Information
• Fit additional accessories (if available)
• A test ride

For parts and accessories we aim to have your item ready within 1 to 5 working days, this will depend if the item is stock in the store you selected, or one of our other stores. Some items we have to order in from a supplier, for these selecting home delivery usually means you will receive your products quicker.
