The sculpted lightweight aluminium frame houses a 500Wh battery, powering a Bosch Active Line Plus e-bike motor. 5 riding modes are controlled from a simple handlebar-mounted head unit. The Shimano 9-speed drivetrain is simple to use, and offers a good range of gears with reliable and precise performance. Braking is taken care of by a set of Shimano hydraulic disc brakes, delivering consistent control regardless of the weather conditions.
Cobbles, potholes and even that off-road shortcut can be ridden in comfort thanks to a Suntour suspension fork, plus 40mm of suspension in the seatpost. Large volume Schwalbe Big Apple tyres also cushion you from the bumps, and have a reflective strip for extra visibility.
The Samedi 28.2 comes fully equipped with a range of practical add-ons and accessories. Colour-matched mudguards offer protection against road spray while visually disappearing into the frame. The pannier rack is compatible with a variety of luggage attachment systems.Front and rear lights, powered by the main battery, are fitted onto the fork and rear mudguard. Never leave your lights at home again!

Boxed Bike Delivery
FREE boxed bike delivery Our Standard Boxed Delivery for bikes is FREE to UK mainland locations (excluding Highlands where there is an additional surcharge payable).
We can also deliver a bike to BT Northern Ireland and IM Isle Of Man subject to surcharges plus Orkney and Shetland Islands, please refer to the map below for our current prices, for other non mainland locations please contact us for a quote.
Sorry but boxed delivery is not available for Cargo bikes due to their larger size.
Ready2Ride Delivery
Choose our Ready2Ride Service and one of our team will deliver your new bike, fully built, configured and tested, we will personally hand over your new bike, make adjustments if required and can also wait while you take a short test ride round the block. Ready2Ride Delivery For Cargo Bikes
As our electric cargo bikes are larger than standard electric bikes these are only available for home delivery via our Ready2Ride delivery option (or click and collect). One of our team will deliver your new bike, fully built, configured and tested, we will personally hand over your new bike, make adjustments if required and can also wait while you take a short test ride round the block. This premium delivery is available to locations within a 50-75 miles radius of one of our stores. If your postcode qualifies for this service it will be available to select at checkout. Place an order for £50 or more and delivery is free to mainland UK (including Highlands), for an order under £50 delivery is charged at £8.99.

We offer 10 days free insurance with all new bikes purchased from The Electric Bike Shop, provided by our insurance partner VeloLife. You will be covered for the first 10 days of ownership against theft, accidental damage and malicious damage, so you can purchase with confidence.
If ordering online, you can select to include insurance during checkout will be given a link upon completing your order to activate your 10 days free insurance. If you are purchasing in-store or through our sales team then speak to them directly about activating your free insurance on your behalf.

Your Service Plan is non-refundable, non-transferable and is registered to you and your bike (frame number required)
