Helmets are incredibly important when cycling
A bike helmet that fits you properly will feel better on every ride and, most importantly, can help make sure it can do its job in case it needs to. Helmet size is based on the circumference of your head slightly above your eyebrows, if you don't have a cloth tape you can measure using a piece of string and a ruler.
For higher protection choose a helmet with the Multi-directional Impact Protection System (MIPS).
