With roots in UK-based mountain bike racing, Rapid Racer Products has created a mudguard that's perfectly tuned to the requirements of British outdoor conditions. Proudly designed, manufactured, and packaged in the UK, this product represents unmatched quality and reliability.
Version 2 of the ProGuard Bolt-On Mudguard integrates all the advantages of Version 1, while introducing a remodelled bracket. This now makes it compatible with a broader spectrum of forks, supplements its bottom out clearance, and extends options to the Max protection size for amplified defence.
Discover here the latest list of compatible forks. The bolt-on bracket's central recess heightens the top CSU bottom out clearance, with angled side reliefs further amplifying this attribute. The bracket's frontal recess and elongated bolt slot lengths facilitate greater height adjustability for an optimal fit.
The mudguard has expanded by 2mm in overall width, delivering more extensive tyre coverage. The Seal Shield has been enlarged to ensure even more fork seal protection. The presence of larger 'Super Tacky' rubber pads impressively stabilises the mudguard, which in turn permits the provision of longer Max protection size.
A slightly increased stiffness in the new material composition does not compromise on impact protection or durability, thus assuring longevity and robustness. The weights for the Max, Standard, and Mini sizes are 137g, 121g, and 94g respectively, ensuring a lightweight addition to your biking gear.

Lead Times
Before despatch, bikes are built, configured and tested by one of our experienced technical team.
Free boxed delivery requires basic assembly of your bike when it arrives. Generally the front wheel will need to be reattached, the bars will need to be turned plus pedals fitted.

We aim to despatch an in-stock bike 3-5 days after an order is placed (not including weekends / bank & public holidays).
For bike located in a warehouse location we aim to dispatch within 10-12 days (not including weekends / bank & public holidays).
Please note the dispatch timescale shown in on our website / basket / order confirmation are estimated. If applicable Saturdays are included in the calculation however items are normally only dispatched Monday to Friday.
Bikes will be delivered by DX or TNT, please note for some Cube Stereo the front wheel will be packed in a separate box but both wheel and bike should be delivered at the same time.

Boxed Bike Delivery
FREE boxed bike delivery Our Standard Boxed Delivery for bikes is FREE to UK mainland locations (excluding Highlands where there is an additional surcharge payable).
We can also deliver a bike to BT Northern Ireland and IM Isle Of Man subject to surcharges plus Orkney and Shetland Islands, please refer to the map below for our current prices, for other non mainland locations please contact us for a quote.
Ready2Ride Delivery
Choose our Ready2Ride Service and one of our team will deliver your new bike, fully built, configured and tested, we will personally hand over your new bike, make adjustments if required and can also wait while you take a short test ride round the block. If your postcode qualifies for this service it will be available to select at checkout. Ready2Ride Delivery For Cargo Bikes
From mid July 2024 we are now able to deliver a cargo bike in a box for FREE (to our regular FREE delivery areas - not Highlands etc)
Previously as our cargo bikes are larger than standard electric bikes they were only available for home delivery via our Ready2Ride delivery option (or click and collect), you can still select this option however if you prefer. One of our team will deliver your new bike, fully built, configured and tested, we will personally hand over your new bike, make adjustments if required and can also wait while you take a short test ride round the block.
This premium delivery is available to locations within a 50-75 miles radius of one of our stores. If your postcode qualifies for this service it will be available to select at checkout. If your delivery address is outside our delivery area please contact our Customer Services team on 0117 452 6571
Parts & Accessories
Place an order for £50 or more and delivery is free to mainland UK (including Highlands), for an order under £50 delivery is charged at £8.99.
For Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle Or Man and other non mainland locations additional charges will apply.

Delivery With Multiple Items On Order
