Featuring a Bafang dual speed 45Nm 250 watt rear hub motor - this bike is perfect for commuting in the city on flatter terrains and more moderate inclines. Positioned in the rear wheel hub, the motor provides direct power to the wheel, resulting in smoother, quieter operation.
The motor works alongside a torque Sensor to ensure smooth power delivery, this system measures how hard you’re pedaling and adjusts the motor assistance accordingly, providing a more intuitive and seamless experience compared to cadence-based systems.
The Estarli E28.X is very light for an electric bike weighing in at 18.6kg and 16.6kg with the Samsung 360Wh battery removed. Having a removable battery on a E-Bike with a lower weight is quite a unique feature, most of the lighter bikes we supply the battery can't be removed. This feature of the E28.X is very practical especially if you live in a flat or have limited access to charging outlets.
The carbon carbon belt drive with a lifespan of up to 25,000 km is an excellent, low-maintenance option for e-bikes, offering durability and smooth operation. Unlike chains, belts don’t require lubrication and are resistant to rust, dirt, and grime. You simply need to clean it occasionally with water. Carbon belts are almost silent compared to chains, which tend to make noise, especially when dry or worn.
Keep in full control thanks to the Tektro Hydraulic disc brakes, hydraulic brakes provide superior stopping power compared to mechanical disc brakes or rim brakes, especially in wet or variable weather conditions.

A Selle Royal Vivo saddle is designed with a focus on rider comfort. It features Royalgel™ padding, a special gel material that reduces pressure peaks by up to 40%, ensuring that the saddle remains comfortable even during extended rides. This makes it ideal for e-bike riders who may cover longer distances.
Also featuring a built-in phone mount Twist-n-click SP Connect. The system uses a twist-lock mechanism, which means you place your phone case or adapter on the mount and twist it to lock it into place. This ensures your phone stays securely attached even on bumpy rides.

Place an order for £50 or more and delivery is free to mainland UK (including Highlands), for an order under £50 delivery is charged at £8.99.
For Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle Or Man and other non mainland locations additional charges will apply. For parts and accessories we aim to despatch the next working day after the order is placed.
For hygiene and safety reasons, helmets cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty. Please ensure you choose the correct size and style before purchasing.
Delivery With Multiple Items On Order

Lead Times Electric Bikes
Before despatch, bikes are built, configured and tested by one of our experienced technical team.
We aim to despatch an in-stock bike 1-5 days after an order is placed (not including weekends / bank & public holidays). For bike located in a warehouse location we aim to dispatch within 10-12 days (not including weekends / bank & public holidays).
Please note the dispatch timescale shown in on our website / basket / order confirmation are estimated. If applicable Saturdays are included in the calculation however items are normally only dispatched Monday to Friday.
Bikes will be delivered by DX or TNT, please for some models the front wheel will be packed in a separate box but both wheel and bike should be delivered at the same time.
On all boxed deliveries the product name on the box may not match the model inside (our team sometimes have to use a different box than the one that initially came from the manufacturer) so please open the box to check!

Boxed Bike Delivery
Free boxed delivery requires basic assembly of your bike when it arrives. Generally the front wheel will need to be reattached, the bars will need to be turned plus pedals fitted.

FREE boxed bike delivery Our Standard Boxed Delivery for bikes is FREE to UK mainland locations (excluding Highlands where there is an additional surcharge payable).

Choose our Ready2Ride Service and one of our team will deliver your new bike, fully built, configured and tested, we will personally hand over your new bike, make adjustments if required and can also wait while you take a short test ride round the block. Ready2Ride Delivery For Cargo Bikes
From mid July 2024 we are now able to deliver a cargo bike in a box for FREE (to our regular FREE delivery areas - not Highlands etc)
Previously as our cargo bikes are larger than standard electric bikes they were only available for home delivery via our Ready2Ride delivery option (or click and collect), you can still select this option however if you prefer. One of our team will deliver your new bike, fully built, configured and tested, we will personally hand over your new bike, make adjustments if required and can also wait while you take a short test ride round the block.
This premium delivery is available to locations within a 50-75 miles radius of one of our stores. If your postcode qualifies for this service it will be available to select at checkout. If your delivery address is outside our delivery area please contact our Customer Services team on 0117 452 6571

Electric Bikes are regulated in line with existing Electric Power Assisted Cycles regulations. Estarli does not endorse any upgrades that are added to electronic e-bikes, as this will invalidate a customer’s warranty.

We offer 10 days free insurance with all new bikes purchased from The Electric Bike Shop, provided by our insurance partner VeloLife. You will be covered for the first 10 days of ownership against theft, accidental damage and malicious damage, so you can purchase with confidence.
If ordering online, you can select to include insurance during checkout will be given a link upon completing your order to activate your 10 days free insurance. If you are purchasing in-store or through our sales team then speak to them directly about activating your free insurance on your behalf.
