Before despatch, bikes are built, configured and tested by one of our experienced technical team. 

Free boxed delivery requires basic assembly of your bike when it arrives. Generally the front wheel will need to be reattached, the bars will need to be turned plus pedals fitted.

We aim to despatch an in-stock bike 3-5 days after an order is placed (not including weekends / bank & public holidays).

For bike located in a warehouse location we aim to dispatch within 10-12 days (not including weekends / bank & public holidays).

Please note the dispatch timescale shown in on our website / basket / order confirmation are estimated. If applicable Saturdays are included in the calculation however items are normally only dispatched Monday to Friday.

Bikes will be delivered by DX or TNT, please note for some Cube Stereo the front wheel will be packed in a separate box but both wheel and bike should be delivered at the same time.

For parts and accessories we aim to despatch the next working day after the order is placed. Your if you have chosen multiple items your order may arrive in separate deliveries. For more information about delivery timescales please click HERE

Boxed Bike Delivery

FREE boxed bike delivery Our Standard Boxed Delivery for bikes is FREE to UK mainland locations (excluding Highlands where there is an additional surcharge payable).

We can also deliver a bike to BT Northern Ireland and IM Isle Of Man subject to surcharges plus Orkney and Shetland Islands, please refer to the map below for our current prices, for other non mainland locations please contact us for a quote.

Ready2Ride Delivery

Choose our Ready2Ride Service and one of our team will deliver your new bike, fully built, configured and tested, we will personally hand over your new bike, make adjustments if required and can also wait while you take a short test ride round the block. If your postcode qualifies for this service it will be available to select at checkout. Ready2Ride Delivery For Cargo Bikes

From mid July 2024 we are now able to deliver a cargo bike in a box for FREE (to our regular FREE delivery areas - not Highlands etc)

Previously as our cargo bikes are larger than standard electric bikes they were only available for home delivery via our Ready2Ride delivery option (or click and collect), you can still select this option however if you prefer. One of our team will deliver your new bike, fully built, configured and tested, we will personally hand over your new bike, make adjustments if required and can also wait while you take a short test ride round the block.

This premium delivery is available to locations within a 50-75 miles radius of one of our stores. If your postcode qualifies for this service it will be available to select at checkout. If your delivery address is outside our delivery area please contact our Customer Services team on 0117 452 6571

Parts & Accessories

Place an order for £50 or more and delivery is free to mainland UK (including Highlands), for an order under £50 delivery is charged at £8.99.

For Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle Or Man and other non mainland locations additional charges will apply.

Click & Collect

For Click & Collect orders, for security you must present photo ID plus the payment card used at time of collection. This is also applicable when you have purchased using V12 Finance. For more information click HERE

Delivery With Multiple Items On Order

Please note if you order more than one item online your products may arrive in separate shipments. We do aim to send everything together but logistically this is sometimes just not feasible. ​

If you intend to purchase a bike or accessories via a Cycle to Work scheme, please review our Cycle to Work page first to make sure we accept your scheme.

We accept vouchers from Cyclescheme, Green Commute Initiative, Gogeta, Vivup, My Benefits World, Cycle Solutions, Bike2Work and from June 2024 Cycle2Work (also known as Halfords Cycle2Work).

If you need a quote, you can save your basket as a quote at the checkout, or get in touch by phone, email or via our Live Chat and one of our team will send you a quote by email.

CycleScheme vouchers can be used when purchasing online, select ‘payment’ option in checkout and provide your voucher number and redemption code. Our team will then be in contact and will process your voucher.

Service Plans are available on all bikes purchased in store and online within 60 days of purchase and a great way to save money on future services.

We want you to keep on enjoying your EBCO bike for years to come. That’s why your new bike is under warranty from the moment you buy it.

2-year warranty on all E-bike electrical components including charger, controller, display and motor.

Frame: 2 years from date of purchase

T&C's

• Battery: guaranteed to maintain a minimum of 60% state of health for 2 years or a maximum of 500 charge cycles. To maintain this warranty the battery must be used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and charged every 90 days as a minimum.
• NOT covered under warranty – Parts under normal wear and tear and those which require replacing such as tyres, tubes, chains, cables, sprockets, brake discs/pads etc are not covered.
• Warranty will also be refused if damage is deemed to have been caused by misuse, accident, competitive racing, commercial use or disassembly on all components including battery, charger, controller, display and motor
