Parts & Accessories

Place an order for £50 or more and delivery is free to mainland UK (including Highlands), for an order under £50 delivery is charged at £8.99.

For Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle Or Man and other non mainland locations additional charges will apply. For parts and accessories we aim to despatch the next working day after the order is placed.

For hygiene and safety reasons, helmets cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty. Please ensure you choose the correct size and style before purchasing.

Delivery With Multiple Items On Order

Lead Times Electric Bikes

Before despatch, bikes are built, configured and tested by one of our experienced technical team. 

We aim to despatch an in-stock bike 1-4 days after an order is placed (not including weekends / bank & public holidays). For bike located in a warehouse location we aim to dispatch within 8-10 days (not including weekends / bank & public holidays). 

Please note the dispatch timescale shown in on our website / basket / order confirmation are estimated. If applicable Saturdays are included in the calculation however items are normally only dispatched Monday to Friday.

Bikes will be delivered by DX or TNT, please for some models the front wheel will be packed in a separate box but both wheel and bike should be delivered at the same time.

On all boxed deliveries the product name on the box may not match the model inside (our team sometimes have to use a different box than the one that initially came from the manufacturer) so please open the box to check!

Boxed Bike Delivery

Boxed delivery requires basic assembly of your bike when it arrives. Generally the front wheel will need to be reattached, the bars will need to be turned plus pedals fitted.

FREE boxed bike delivery Our Free Boxed Delivery for bikes / baskets £999 and above is FREE to UK mainland locations (excluding Highlands where there is an additional surcharge payable).

For bikes under £999 we charge £49.99 for boxed delivery to to UK mainland locations (excluding Highlands where there is an additional surcharge payable).

We can also deliver a bike to BT Northern Ireland and IM Isle Of Man subject to surcharges plus Orkney and Shetland Islands, please refer to the map below for our current prices, for other non mainland locations please contact us for a quote.

Ready2Ride Delivery

Choose our Ready2Ride Service and one of our team will deliver your new bike, fully built, configured and tested, we will personally hand over your new bike, make adjustments if required and can also wait while you take a short test ride round the block. If your postcode qualifies for this service it will be available to select at checkout. Ready2Ride Delivery For Cargo Bikes

From mid July 2024 we are now able to deliver a cargo bike in a box for FREE (to our regular FREE delivery areas - not Highlands etc)

Previously as our cargo bikes are larger than standard electric bikes they were only available for home delivery via our Ready2Ride delivery option (or click and collect), you can still select this option however if you prefer. One of our team will deliver your new bike, fully built, configured and tested, we will personally hand over your new bike, make adjustments if required and can also wait while you take a short test ride round the block.

This premium delivery is available to locations within a 50-75 miles radius of one of our stores. If your postcode qualifies for this service it will be available to select at checkout. If your delivery address is outside our delivery area please contact our Customer Services team on 0117 452 6571

Your Service Plan is non-refundable, non-transferable and is registered to you and your bike (frame number required)
