The all-new Falcon Horizon Crossbar electric hybrid bike is one of the best value electric bikes on the market. Well suited for a comfortable commute to work or a weekend ride into town on the roads, canal towpaths or country parks.
The Horizon is equipped with a crossbar aluminium frame that is suitable for riders 5’4” to 6’2” (162cm to 188cm). The frame has an integrated 375Wh battery that delivers up to 40km / 64 miles of range and can be charged from flat in 5 hours – either on the bike or removed for charging indoors if you don’t have easy access to a plug socket near your bicycle storage.
The bike is powered by the well-regarded Bafang rear hub motor system that delivers 32Nm of torque, making light work of hills and flat terrain riding a breeze. The motor has 3-power modes depending on how much assistance you want which are selected using the sleek and easy-to-use handlebar display which also shows the battery level and current speed. Falcon have also fitted a walk assist mode that engages the motor to help drive the bike when pushing up steep hills.
The Horizon is fitted with a 1x7 speed Shimano gearing system with an upgraded Altus trigger shifter for quality feeling gear changes and low maintenance mechanical disc brakes. The front suspension fork has 80mm of travel to deliver a smoother ride on uneven terrain, and Falcon have fitted a hydraulic lockout to switch the fork 'off' on less-bumpy parts of the ride.
The adjustable stem ensures that you can tweak the handlebars so that you are as comfortable as possible when reaching for the ergonomic lock-on grips. The remaining contact points are covered by a padded Selle Royal Freeway saddle and city style pedals.
For safety and peace of mind, the Horizon is fitted with puncture protected tyres that have a reflective sidewall strip to increase visibility in low light and nighttime riding. For convenience it has a pannier rack with rear reflector, full length mudguards and kickstand.

Place an order for £50 or more and delivery is free to mainland UK (including Highlands), for an order under £50 delivery is charged at £8.99.
For Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle Or Man and other non mainland locations additional charges will apply. For parts and accessories we aim to despatch the next working day after the order is placed.
For hygiene and safety reasons, helmets cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty. Please ensure you choose the correct size and style before purchasing.
Delivery With Multiple Items On Order
Please note if you order more than one item online your products may arrive in separate shipments. We do aim to send everything together but logistically this is sometimes just not feasible. For more information about delivery timescales please click HERE
Lead Times Electric Bikes
Before despatch, bikes are built, configured and tested by one of our experienced technical team.
We aim to despatch an in-stock bike 1-4 days after an order is placed (not including weekends / bank & public holidays). For bike located in a warehouse location we aim to dispatch within 8-10 days (not including weekends / bank & public holidays).
Please note the dispatch timescale shown in on our website / basket / order confirmation are estimated. If applicable Saturdays are included in the calculation however items are normally only dispatched Monday to Friday.
Bikes will be delivered by DX or TNT, please for some models the front wheel will be packed in a separate box but both wheel and bike should be delivered at the same time.
On all boxed deliveries the product name on the box may not match the model inside (our team sometimes have to use a different box than the one that initially came from the manufacturer) so please open the box to check!

Boxed Bike Delivery
Boxed delivery requires basic assembly of your bike when it arrives. Generally the front wheel will need to be reattached, the bars will need to be turned plus pedals fitted.

FREE boxed bike delivery Our Free Boxed Delivery for bikes / baskets £999 and above is FREE to UK mainland locations (excluding Highlands where there is an additional surcharge payable).
For bikes under £999 we charge £49.99 for boxed delivery to to UK mainland locations (excluding Highlands where there is an additional surcharge payable).
We can also deliver a bike to BT Northern Ireland and IM Isle Of Man subject to surcharges plus Orkney and Shetland Islands, please refer to the map below for our current prices, for other non mainland locations please contact us for a quote.
Ready2Ride Delivery
Choose our Ready2Ride Service and one of our team will deliver your new bike, fully built, configured and tested, we will personally hand over your new bike, make adjustments if required and can also wait while you take a short test ride round the block. If your postcode qualifies for this service it will be available to select at checkout. Ready2Ride Delivery For Cargo Bikes
From mid July 2024 we are now able to deliver a cargo bike in a box for FREE (to our regular FREE delivery areas - not Highlands etc)
Previously as our cargo bikes are larger than standard electric bikes they were only available for home delivery via our Ready2Ride delivery option (or click and collect), you can still select this option however if you prefer. One of our team will deliver your new bike, fully built, configured and tested, we will personally hand over your new bike, make adjustments if required and can also wait while you take a short test ride round the block.
This premium delivery is available to locations within a 50-75 miles radius of one of our stores. If your postcode qualifies for this service it will be available to select at checkout. If your delivery address is outside our delivery area please contact our Customer Services team on 0117 452 6571
