The best-selling Claud Butler Wrath 1.0 has been refreshed, now featuring the latest Shimano Cues 1x9 speed gearing with 11-36T cassette and Shimano MT200 hydraulic disc brakes. They've also updated the e-bike system software for faster motor pick up from standing start, and improved assistance in each mode up to top speed.
The Wrath 1.0 Cues is the entry level model of the all-new Wrath electric bike range, born to tackle a weekend in the woods, detours on the daily commute, or explore the miles of towpath in style thanks to its powerful motor, sleek integrated battery, and modern geometry.
It is equipped with a neatly integrated 360Wh battery capable of delivering over 40 miles / 64km of assistance as you explore new territory and the Bafang rear hub motor offers smooth power delivery and up to 32nm of torque, enough to keep your wheels turning up long and steep climbs. The battery uses high quality Samsung cells and can be easily removed without tools and charged on or off the bike, with a complete charge from flat within 5 hours. It has the added security of a key lock to give you peace of mind when left in a public place.
The Wrath 1.0 Cues has an easy-to-read display and intuitive system with 5 power assist modes and plenty of information to track your ride, including battery level, current speed, average speed, max speed, trip distance, and trip time. To make things easy when off the bike, they have fitted a walk assist mode that engages the motor to help drive the bike when pushing up steep hills.
But they didn't focus all their attention on the battery and motor. The Wrath 1.0 Cues features the rugged and responsive Shimano Cues 1x9 speed gearing and powerful Shimano MT200 hydraulic disc brakes to help keep you in control whether on the trails or navigating the city traffic. Claud Butler also fitted it with a 100mm travel suspension fork with hydraulic lock out, a stylish Selle Royal saddle for additional comfort, and lock-on grips.
29er mountain bike wheels are the size of choice for those who want maximum grip, comfort and efficiency, and for this reason they chose super wide 29x2.40 CST Patrol tyres in an all-black finish. Parts & Accessories
Place an order for £50 or more and delivery is free to mainland UK (including Highlands), for an order under £50 delivery is charged at £8.99.
For Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle Or Man and other non mainland locations additional charges will apply. For parts and accessories we aim to despatch the next working day after the order is placed.
For hygiene and safety reasons, helmets cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty. Please ensure you choose the correct size and style before purchasing.

Lead Times Electric Bikes
Before despatch, bikes are built, configured and tested by one of our experienced technical team.
We aim to despatch an in-stock bike 1-5 days after an order is placed (not including weekends / bank & public holidays). For bike located in a warehouse location we aim to dispatch within 10-12 days (not including weekends / bank & public holidays).
Please note the dispatch timescale shown in on our website / basket / order confirmation are estimated. If applicable Saturdays are included in the calculation however items are normally only dispatched Monday to Friday.
Bikes will be delivered by DX or TNT, please for some models the front wheel will be packed in a separate box but both wheel and bike should be delivered at the same time.
On all boxed deliveries the product name on the box may not match the model inside (our team sometimes have to use a different box than the one that initially came from the manufacturer) so please open the box to check!

Boxed Bike Delivery
Free boxed delivery requires basic assembly of your bike when it arrives. Generally the front wheel will need to be reattached, the bars will need to be turned plus pedals fitted.

FREE boxed bike delivery Our Standard Boxed Delivery for bikes is FREE to UK mainland locations (excluding Highlands where there is an additional surcharge payable).

Choose our Ready2Ride Service and one of our team will deliver your new bike, fully built, configured and tested, we will personally hand over your new bike, make adjustments if required and can also wait while you take a short test ride round the block. Ready2Ride Delivery For Cargo Bikes
From mid July 2024 we are now able to deliver a cargo bike in a box for FREE (to our regular FREE delivery areas - not Highlands etc)
Previously as our cargo bikes are larger than standard electric bikes they were only available for home delivery via our Ready2Ride delivery option (or click and collect), you can still select this option however if you prefer. One of our team will deliver your new bike, fully built, configured and tested, we will personally hand over your new bike, make adjustments if required and can also wait while you take a short test ride round the block.
This premium delivery is available to locations within a 50-75 miles radius of one of our stores. If your postcode qualifies for this service it will be available to select at checkout. If your delivery address is outside our delivery area please contact our Customer Services team on 0117 452 6571
