The Cube Cargo Hybrid Comfort Pro 800 is a thoroughbred workhorse, designed to reclaim the city streets and handle the demands of urban cargo transport. With the ability to manage a total system weight of 200kg, this e-cargo bike transforms everyday errands and commercial deliveries into practical, enjoyable journeys. The durable aluminium casting frame features comfort ride geometry that makes extended riding comfortable, whilst premium durability and safety engineering ensures reliable performance.
Powering this cargo bike is the Bosch Cargo Line drive system, a Gen 5 motor specifically developed for heavy-duty applications. Delivering up to 100Nm of torque, this powerhouse is combined with an 800Wh PowerPack battery to provide strong, consistent pedal assist even when fully loaded. The Bosch Kiox 500 display keeps you informed of your riding data and battery status, and there's the option to add a 250Wh PowerMore range extender for even more miles between charges.
The practical cargo solution centres around a rugged EPP foam cargo box that's both lightweight and impact-resistant. Cube has fitted it with a rubber mat for reduced noise and easier cleaning, plus there's an additional small storage compartment for your day-to-day essentials. An integrated locking system works with an optional chain lock, allowing you to secure both the bike and the small storage compartment when parked.
The drivetrain features a reliable Shimano Nexus 5-speed hub gear system paired with a Revoshift shifter. This low-maintenance setup delivers smooth gear changes while keeping the gears well-protected from the elements and dirt. Powerful Shimano hydraulic disc brakes with 180mm front and 203mm rear rotors provide confident stopping power, essential when carrying heavy loads through urban traffic.
Thoughtful details enhance the daily riding experience. The SR Suntour Mobie34 Cargo fork with its tapered steerer and 15x110mm thru-axle provides stable, predictable handling even when navigating tight spaces. An improved steering system featuring a reduced turning radius makes the bike easier to manoeuvre. The kickstand with elongated feet ensures stable parking. The integrated chain guard helps keep your clothes clean, and the step-through frame design makes mounting and dismounting easy.
Completing the package are integrated front and rear LED lights, mudguards for all-weather protection, and a rear carrier system that's compatible with additional accessories. With Schwalbe Pick-Up tyres specifically designed for cargo applications and a dropper seatpost for quick height adjustments, the Cargo Hybrid Comfort Pro 800 represents a comprehensive solution for urban logistics and family transport needs.

Parts & Accessories
Place an order for £50 or more and delivery is free to mainland UK (including Highlands), for an order under £50 delivery is charged at £8.99.
For Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle Or Man and other non mainland locations additional charges will apply. For parts and accessories we aim to despatch the next working day after the order is placed.
For hygiene and safety reasons, helmets cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty. Please ensure you choose the correct size and style before purchasing.
Delivery With Multiple Items On Order
Please note if you order more than one item online your products may arrive in separate shipments. We do aim to send everything together but logistically this is sometimes just not feasible. For more information about delivery timescales please click HERE
Lead Times Electric Bikes
Before despatch, bikes are built, configured and tested by one of our experienced technical team.
We aim to despatch an in-stock bike 1-4 days after an order is placed (not including weekends / bank & public holidays). For bike located in a warehouse location we aim to dispatch within 8-10 days (not including weekends / bank & public holidays).
Please note the dispatch timescale shown in on our website / basket / order confirmation are estimated. If applicable Saturdays are included in the calculation however items are normally only dispatched Monday to Friday.
Bikes will be delivered by DX or TNT, please for some models the front wheel will be packed in a separate box but both wheel and bike should be delivered at the same time.
On all boxed deliveries the product name on the box may not match the model inside (our team sometimes have to use a different box than the one that initially came from the manufacturer) so please open the box to check!

Boxed Bike Delivery
Boxed delivery requires basic assembly of your bike when it arrives. Generally the front wheel will need to be reattached, the bars will need to be turned plus pedals fitted.

FREE boxed bike delivery Our Free Boxed Delivery for bikes / baskets £999 and above is FREE to UK mainland locations (excluding Highlands where there is an additional surcharge payable).
For bikes under £999 we charge £49.99 for boxed delivery to to UK mainland locations (excluding Highlands where there is an additional surcharge payable).
We can also deliver a bike to BT Northern Ireland and IM Isle Of Man subject to surcharges plus Orkney and Shetland Islands, please refer to the map below for our current prices, for other non mainland locations please contact us for a quote.
Ready2Ride Delivery
Choose our Ready2Ride Service and one of our team will deliver your new bike, fully built, configured and tested, we will personally hand over your new bike, make adjustments if required and can also wait while you take a short test ride round the block. If your postcode qualifies for this service it will be available to select at checkout. Ready2Ride Delivery For Cargo Bikes
From mid July 2024 we are now able to deliver a cargo bike in a box for FREE (to our regular FREE delivery areas - not Highlands etc)
Previously as our cargo bikes are larger than standard electric bikes they were only available for home delivery via our Ready2Ride delivery option (or click and collect), you can still select this option however if you prefer. One of our team will deliver your new bike, fully built, configured and tested, we will personally hand over your new bike, make adjustments if required and can also wait while you take a short test ride round the block.
This premium delivery is available to locations within a 50-75 miles radius of one of our stores. If your postcode qualifies for this service it will be available to select at checkout. If your delivery address is outside our delivery area please contact our Customer Services team on 0117 452 6571

Your CUBE bike is guaranteed against any manufacturing defect for 2 years from the date of sale.
6 Years on Alu Frames, 3 Years on Carbon Frames, 2 Years on Components.
Your new Cube electric bike also comes with a 24 month Bosch warranty on the motor and battery.

Electric Bikes are regulated in line with existing Electric Power Assisted Cycles regulations. Cube does not endorse any upgrades that are added to electronic e-bikes, as this will invalidate a customer’s warranty.

We offer 10 days free insurance with all new bikes purchased from The Electric Bike Shop, provided by our insurance partner VeloLife. You will be covered for the first 10 days of ownership against theft, accidental damage and malicious damage, so you can purchase with confidence.
If ordering online, you can select to include insurance during checkout will be given a link upon completing your order to activate your 10 days free insurance. If you are purchasing in-store or through our sales team then speak to them directly about activating your free insurance on your behalf.
