With its compact wheelbase, unique tilting mechanism, Bosch drive system and up to 220kg total load capacity, the Trike Cargo Hybrid is the quick, simple, emission-free to get goods from A to B across town. The cargo box is capable of handling a load up to 50kg, whilst the optional front carrier can hold a standard Eurobox and up to an additional 20kg. Now, who needs a van?
The Cube Trike Hybrid is available in two fully equipped versions. The Trike Family Hybrid, designed specifically to cater to families, offers a flexible and safe way to carry one or two children as well as shopping or other items. The Trike Cargo Hybrid, with 50kg (around 111 lbs) of load-carrying capacity and a height-adjustable cover, is the ideal solution for carrying dogs or other loads.
Developed in a unique collaboration between Cube and BMW, the Trike Hybrid's sophisticated tilt mechanism is the key to keeping your cargo secure whilst maintaining the natural feel of a conventional bike. Bosch electric assist helps make light work of any route, whilst the short wheelbase and easy handling means this is a cargo bike that can be easily used by almost anyone.
Both versions are based on the same technological concept with the innovative tilting mechanism and resulting intuitive handling. Feels like riding, but more – more opportunities for transportation, riders and use.

The Trike Cargo Hybrid is part of Cube's vision for the future of cleaner urban transport. A brand-new concept in its own right and a co-development with input from BMW, it combines the easy handling of a 'normal' hybrid bike with the versatility of a cargo bike and the safety and stability of three wheels. The unique tilting mechanism de-couples the load at the rear from the bike at the front, giving a natural feel to cornering. At the rear, the lightweight and tough cargo box is waterproof and lockable – the ideal way to transport just about anything across town, up to a load of 50kg. There's even a storage compartment in the main frame, and the option to fit a front rack. With a short wheelbase, easy handling and tight turning circle all designed to beat the urban traffic and make parking easy, the future's looking brighter already.
Moving things around congested cities isn't easy at the best of times, but the Trike Cargo Hybrid 750 gives you an immediate advantage. Combining safety, ease of use and practicality in one easy-to-handle package, its innovative design was developed in collaboration with BMW. Bosch's fourth-generation Cargo Line drive system and an easy-to-use, stepless hub gear work together to make light work of any route. Up front, a Suntour Mobie34 Cargo suspension fork provides a comfortable ride on potholed city streets.
Powerful disc brakes – and an additional parking brake – keep your speed in check. A telescopic seatpost and stem, with adjustable reach for the handlebar, make it quick and easy to set up for any rider. At the rear, the versatile cargo box is waterproof, features a lockable lid and is capable of carrying loads of up to 60kg. If you are taking a dog or other pet for a ride the cover is adjustable, when extended it features a PVC window and fresh air vent.
And the unique tilt mechanism, combined with the stability of three wheels, means it's as easy to manoeuvre as any normal hybrid bike. Beating the traffic never looked more attractive...
The flexible One Size concept makes one bike so versatile that it can be used by any number of people – irrespective of their height. Everyone can enjoy a comfortable ride courtesy of the upright riding position and step-through frame. The saddle and stem easily adjust up or down to suit any rider from around 5ft 2in to 6ft 2in (1.60m to 1.90m).

Natural riding experience
Thanks to its innovative tilting mechanism, the cargo box remains stable in every turn, while the bike itself steers naturally and responsively, just like a conventional e-bike. This also ensures that extra weight is barely noticeable.
Bosch Connect module
The Trike Hybrid comes equipped with the Bosch Connect module as standard, providing enhanced security for your e-bike. With this module, you can use Bosch’s eBike Alarm service for added theft protection.
Bosch Cargo Line motor
The Trike Hybrid is powered by the Bosch Cargo Line motor, paired with one or two 750 Wh batteries for long-distance rides without worry.
Storage space and accessory options
Where you would normally expect a battery, the frame of the Trike Family Hybrid features a convenient storage compartment—ideal for carrying tools, a rain jacket, or other essentials.
The Trike Hybrid can also be customised with accessories such as a frame bag for extra storage within easy reach, a lowrider rack for attaching additional panniers, or a front carrier for even more loading options. This makes the Trike even more versatile and perfectly suited to your customers’ transport needs.
Easily removable child seat
The child seats, complete with five-point harnesses, can be easily removed when not in use. This allows for a quick transition between carrying children and transporting groceries, packages, or other cargo.
Battery position and charging
The Bosch battery is cleverly integrated into the cargo box itself, keeping the centre of gravity low and ensuring stable handling. This not only provides a balanced riding experience but also makes it easy to remove the battery. If the Trike Hybrid is parked securely and the battery remains in the e-bike, it can also be conveniently charged via a charging port at the rear.
Cargo box lock
The cargo box is equipped with a sturdy lock, so you can leave your bike and valuable cargo with peace of mind. The high sides of the box offer extra protection for both children and luggage.

Place an order for £50 or more and delivery is free to mainland UK (including Highlands), for an order under £50 delivery is charged at £8.99.
For Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle Or Man and other non mainland locations additional charges will apply. For parts and accessories we aim to despatch the next working day after the order is placed.
For hygiene and safety reasons, helmets cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty. Please ensure you choose the correct size and style before purchasing.
Delivery With Multiple Items On Order

Lead Times Electric Bikes
Before despatch, bikes are built, configured and tested by one of our experienced technical team.
We aim to despatch an in-stock bike 1-4 days after an order is placed (not including weekends / bank & public holidays). For bike located in a warehouse location we aim to dispatch within 8-10 days (not including weekends / bank & public holidays).
Please note the dispatch timescale shown in on our website / basket / order confirmation are estimated. If applicable Saturdays are included in the calculation however items are normally only dispatched Monday to Friday.
Bikes will be delivered by DX or TNT, please for some models the front wheel will be packed in a separate box but both wheel and bike should be delivered at the same time.
On all boxed deliveries the product name on the box may not match the model inside (our team sometimes have to use a different box than the one that initially came from the manufacturer) so please open the box to check!

Boxed Bike Delivery
Boxed delivery requires basic assembly of your bike when it arrives. Generally the front wheel will need to be reattached, the bars will need to be turned plus pedals fitted.

Ready2Ride Delivery For Cargo Bikes
From mid July 2024 we are now able to deliver a cargo bike in a box for FREE (to our regular FREE delivery areas - not Highlands etc)
Previously as our cargo bikes are larger than standard electric bikes they were only available for home delivery via our Ready2Ride delivery option (or click and collect), you can still select this option however if you prefer. One of our team will deliver your new bike, fully built, configured and tested, we will personally hand over your new bike, make adjustments if required and can also wait while you take a short test ride round the block.

Electric Bikes are regulated in line with existing Electric Power Assisted Cycles regulations. Cube does not endorse any upgrades that are added to electronic e-bikes, as this will invalidate a customer’s warranty.
