The small door is what makes the Babboe Go truly unique. Children no longer have to climb into the box and think it’s great to use the door to get in and out. The box now feels even more like a tiny house on wheels! And dogs of any age can effortlessly get on board.
The Babboe Go is equipped with a special parking brake. This allows you to park the Babboe Go easily and quickly and prevents the cargo bike from slowly rolling away.
Steering dampers ensure that the Babboe Go continues straight on, even when you're not steering. They prevent the handlebar from abruptly moving back and forth, offering a smooth, gradual movement instead. Moreover, steering dampers absorb bumps in the road.
With the Enviolo (Nuvinci) stepless shifting system and the force sensor, the powerful Yamaha mid-drive motor adapts the amount of assistance to your own leg power, as if you’re doing all the pedalling by yourself.

We aim to despatch an in-stock bike 3-5 days after an order is placed (not including weekends / bank & public holidays).
For bike located in a warehouse location we aim to dispatch within 10-12 days (not including weekends / bank & public holidays).
Please note the dispatch timescale shown in on our website / basket / order confirmation are estimated. If applicable Saturdays are included in the calculation however items are normally only dispatched Monday to Friday.
Bikes will be delivered by DX or TNT, please note for some Cube Stereo the front wheel will be packed in a separate box but both wheel and bike should be delivered at the same time.
For parts and accessories we aim to despatch the next working day after the order is placed. Your if you have chosen multiple items your order may arrive in separate deliveries. For more information about delivery timescales please click HERE
Boxed Bike Delivery
FREE boxed bike delivery Our Standard Boxed Delivery for bikes is FREE to UK mainland locations (excluding Highlands where there is an additional surcharge payable).
We can also deliver a bike to BT Northern Ireland and IM Isle Of Man subject to surcharges plus Orkney and Shetland Islands, please refer to the map below for our current prices, for other non mainland locations please contact us for a quote.
Ready2Ride Delivery
Choose our Ready2Ride Service and one of our team will deliver your new bike, fully built, configured and tested, we will personally hand over your new bike, make adjustments if required and can also wait while you take a short test ride round the block. If your postcode qualifies for this service it will be available to select at checkout. Ready2Ride Delivery For Cargo Bikes
From mid July 2024 we are now able to deliver a cargo bike in a box for FREE (to our regular FREE delivery areas - not Highlands etc)
Previously as our cargo bikes are larger than standard electric bikes they were only available for home delivery via our Ready2Ride delivery option (or click and collect), you can still select this option however if you prefer. One of our team will deliver your new bike, fully built, configured and tested, we will personally hand over your new bike, make adjustments if required and can also wait while you take a short test ride round the block.
This premium delivery is available to locations within a 50-75 miles radius of one of our stores. If your postcode qualifies for this service it will be available to select at checkout. If your delivery address is outside our delivery area please contact our Customer Services team on 0117 452 6571
Parts & Accessories
Place an order for £50 or more and delivery is free to mainland UK (including Highlands), for an order under £50 delivery is charged at £8.99.
For Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle Or Man and other non mainland locations additional charges will apply.
Click & Collect
For Click & Collect orders, for security you must present photo ID plus the payment card used at time of collection. This is also applicable when you have purchased using V12 Finance. For more information click HERE
Delivery With Multiple Items On Order
Please note if you order more than one item online your products may arrive in separate shipments. We do aim to send everything together but logistically this is sometimes just not feasible.
BABBOE WARRANTY
We want you to keep on enjoying your Babboe bike for years to come. That’s why your new bike is under warranty from the moment you buy it.
The Babboe cargo bikes come with a 5-year warranty on the frame and a 2-year warranty on non-wearing parts (brakes and gears). Box and panels 1 year, Accessories 6 months, You can find the warranty periods per part in the warranty conditions.
Tested for safety and reliability
Babboe cargo bikes have been tested for safety and durability by the European testing authorities SGS and / or TÜV.

Electric Bikes are regulated in line with existing Electric Power Assisted Cycles regulations. Babboe does not endorse any upgrades that are added to electronic e-bikes, as this will invalidate a customer’s warranty.
10 Days Free Insurance On Your New Bike!
We offer 10 days free insurance with all new bikes purchased from The Electric Bike Shop, provided by our insurance partner VeloLife. You will be covered for the first 10 days of ownership against theft, accidental damage and malicious damage, so you can purchase with confidence.
If ordering online, you can select to include insurance during checkout will be given a link upon completing your order to activate your 10 days free insurance. If you are purchasing in-store or through our sales team then speak to them directly about activating your free insurance on your behalf.

Service Plans are available on all bikes purchased in store and online within 60 days of purchase and a great way to save money on future services.
Your Service Plan is non-refundable, non-transferable and is registered to you and your bike (frame number required)
To ensure that we never let our you down, we proactively monitor competitor prices and adjust our own prices every week.
However, if you do find a product online for less than the price offered on our website or in store, please get in touch and we may be able to match it, as long as it matches the criteria below.
