As a special offer until 31st May 2023 when you order a bike online and Click & Collect you can now also choose any accessories in store up to the value of £100 for FREE!
The offer is only valid for the time you collect your bike so think about what you might need because it’s not all about the bike. Consider things like a helmet, lock, panniers, a GPS tracker, spare tubes, a pump, bottles and bottle cages etc.
You can choose any number of accessories and top up the £100 if you wish. If you select items that need to be fitted to the bike then we will do this free of charge.

Click & Collect online at www.theelectricbikeshop.co.uk during the qualifying period and choose any accessories in store up to the value of £100 for FREE at time of collection from of new bike from selected The Electric Bike Shop store. The offer is only valid at the time and day of bike collection.
To claim the FREE £100 worth of accessories a new bike must be added to the online basket. The purchaser will then need to add the product 100FREE to their basket before check out. The purchaser will only be able to select Click & Collect before proceeding to payment. Once an order has been received The Electric Bike Shop will be in contact to discuss timescales for collection.
A qualifying purchaser can choose any number of accessories and top up the £100 if desired. If items that need to be fitted to the bike are selected, then The Electric Bike Shop will do this at no cost to the purchaser. The £100 of FREE accessories can be chosen from items within our accessories and parts and maintenance categories but that they must be in stock at the store on the day of bike collection.
FREE £100 worth of accessories cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be taken from the purchase price of the bike. The FREE accessories can only be claimed at the time you collect your bike.
£100 FREE accessories are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If you return your bike within The Electric Bike Shop’s return policy then the Free accessories must also be returned in the same as new condition as received complete with original packaging (if applicable). If these products are damaged, soiled or show any form of use The Electric Bike Shop reserves the right to withdraw from the refund value of the returned bike the full £RRP of the accessories.

Click & Collect
For Click & Collect orders, for security you must present photo ID plus the payment card used at time of collection. This is also applicable when you have purchased using V12 Finance. For more information click HERE
Parts & Accessories
Place an order for £50 or more and delivery is free to mainland UK (including Highlands), for an order under £50 delivery is charged at £8.99.
For Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle Or Man and other non mainland locations additional charges will apply. For parts and accessories we aim to despatch the next working day after the order is placed.
For hygiene and safety reasons, helmets cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty. Please ensure you choose the correct size and style before purchasing.
Delivery With Multiple Items On Order
Please note if you order more than one item online your products may arrive in separate shipments. We do aim to send everything together but logistically this is sometimes just not feasible. For more information about delivery timescales please click HERE
Lead Times Electric Bikes
Before despatch, bikes are built, configured and tested by one of our experienced technical team.
We aim to despatch an in-stock bike 1-4 days after an order is placed (not including weekends / bank & public holidays). For bike located in a warehouse location we aim to dispatch within 8-10 days (not including weekends / bank & public holidays).
Please note the dispatch timescale shown in on our website / basket / order confirmation are estimated. If applicable Saturdays are included in the calculation however items are normally only dispatched Monday to Friday.
Bikes will be delivered by DX or TNT, please for some models the front wheel will be packed in a separate box but both wheel and bike should be delivered at the same time.
On all boxed deliveries the product name on the box may not match the model inside (our team sometimes have to use a different box than the one that initially came from the manufacturer) so please open the box to check!

Boxed Bike Delivery
Boxed delivery requires basic assembly of your bike when it arrives. Generally the front wheel will need to be reattached, the bars will need to be turned plus pedals fitted.

FREE boxed bike delivery Our Free Boxed Delivery for bikes / baskets £999 and above is FREE to UK mainland locations (excluding Highlands where there is an additional surcharge payable).
For bikes under £999 we charge £49.99 for boxed delivery to to UK mainland locations (excluding Highlands where there is an additional surcharge payable).
We can also deliver a bike to BT Northern Ireland and IM Isle Of Man subject to surcharges plus Orkney and Shetland Islands, please refer to the map below for our current prices, for other non mainland locations please contact us for a quote.
Ready2Ride Delivery
Choose our Ready2Ride Service and one of our team will deliver your new bike, fully built, configured and tested, we will personally hand over your new bike, make adjustments if required and can also wait while you take a short test ride round the block. If your postcode qualifies for this service it will be available to select at checkout. Ready2Ride Delivery For Cargo Bikes
From mid July 2024 we are now able to deliver a cargo bike in a box for FREE (to our regular FREE delivery areas - not Highlands etc)
Previously as our cargo bikes are larger than standard electric bikes they were only available for home delivery via our Ready2Ride delivery option (or click and collect), you can still select this option however if you prefer. One of our team will deliver your new bike, fully built, configured and tested, we will personally hand over your new bike, make adjustments if required and can also wait while you take a short test ride round the block.
This premium delivery is available to locations within a 50-75 miles radius of one of our stores. If your postcode qualifies for this service it will be available to select at checkout. If your delivery address is outside our delivery area please contact our Customer Services team on 0117 452 6571
