The light aluminium frame with Smooth Welding and advanced internal cable routing, plus a full carbon fork, mean that low weight and ultra-sleek looks come as standard. Specially designed paint finishes mark out each model. It’s also very adaptable, being compatible with optional Acid accessories consisting of mudguards, lights, kickstand, and rear carrier (all fitted as standard on the Fully Equipped edition)
The performance may be heavyweight, but the weight... well, it isn't. And that's a difference that you can clearly feel. With up to 60Nm of torque, 50% less pedal resistance than some other drive units and an integrated 400Wh battery and controller, the Bosch SX system is the ideal way to make navigating city streets easier. There are five models in the range. From pared-back elegance to fully equipped with mudguards, kickstand, rear carrier, and lights, each one represents simpliCITY, redefined for a new urban generation.
Low maintenance comes as standard with the Editor Hybrid SLX 400X, thanks to its Shimano 8-speed hub gears. It’s great-looking, too, with a special Sleek Grey & Spectral paint which emphasises the pared-back design language of the frame’s contours, with the spectral aspect being iridescent detailing on the frame.

Place an order for £50 or more and delivery is free to mainland UK (including Highlands), for an order under £50 delivery is charged at £8.99.
For Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle Or Man and other non mainland locations additional charges will apply. For parts and accessories we aim to despatch the next working day after the order is placed.
For hygiene and safety reasons, helmets cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty. Please ensure you choose the correct size and style before purchasing.

Lead Times Electric Bikes
Before despatch, bikes are built, configured and tested by one of our experienced technical team.
We aim to despatch an in-stock bike 1-5 days after an order is placed (not including weekends / bank & public holidays). For bike located in a warehouse location we aim to dispatch within 10-12 days (not including weekends / bank & public holidays).
Please note the dispatch timescale shown in on our website / basket / order confirmation are estimated. If applicable Saturdays are included in the calculation however items are normally only dispatched Monday to Friday.
Bikes will be delivered by DX or TNT, please for some models the front wheel will be packed in a separate box but both wheel and bike should be delivered at the same time.
On all boxed deliveries the product name on the box may not match the model inside (our team sometimes have to use a different box than the one that initially came from the manufacturer) so please open the box to check!

Boxed Bike Delivery
Free boxed delivery requires basic assembly of your bike when it arrives. Generally the front wheel will need to be reattached, the bars will need to be turned plus pedals fitted.

Ready2Ride Delivery
Choose our Ready2Ride Service and one of our team will deliver your new bike, fully built, configured and tested, we will personally hand over your new bike, make adjustments if required and can also wait while you take a short test ride round the block. Ready2Ride Delivery For Cargo Bikes
From mid July 2024 we are now able to deliver a cargo bike in a box for FREE (to our regular FREE delivery areas - not Highlands etc)
Previously as our cargo bikes are larger than standard electric bikes they were only available for home delivery via our Ready2Ride delivery option (or click and collect), you can still select this option however if you prefer. One of our team will deliver your new bike, fully built, configured and tested, we will personally hand over your new bike, make adjustments if required and can also wait while you take a short test ride round the block.
This premium delivery is available to locations within a 50-75 miles radius of one of our stores. If your postcode qualifies for this service it will be available to select at checkout. If your delivery address is outside our delivery area please contact our Customer Services team on 0117 452 6571

Your CUBE bike is guaranteed against any manufacturing defect for 2 years from the date of sale.
6 Years on Alu Frames, 3 Years on Carbon Frames, 2 Years on Components.
Your new Cube electric bike also comes with a 24 month Bosch warranty on the motor and battery.

Electric Bikes are regulated in line with existing Electric Power Assisted Cycles regulations. Cube does not endorse any upgrades that are added to electronic e-bikes, as this will invalidate a customer’s warranty.

We offer 10 days free insurance with all new bikes purchased from The Electric Bike Shop, provided by our insurance partner VeloLife. You will be covered for the first 10 days of ownership against theft, accidental damage and malicious damage, so you can purchase with confidence.
If ordering online, you can select to include insurance during checkout will be given a link upon completing your order to activate your 10 days free insurance. If you are purchasing in-store or through our sales team then speak to them directly about activating your free insurance on your behalf.
