We have intensively tested the series 5 to make sure you, our customers, have the right level of product that we would ride ourselves. These bikes are definitely more reliable and durable because of their improved firmware and electronics. VanMoof have also committed to offering long term after sales support, parts availability and more standardised components. We know they have UK based stock also - so our aim would be (if in the unlikely event you did need a repair) we could get you back on the road within 48 hours.
