Your last chance to order a bike (where it's held in our central warehouse or one of our stores) is noon on Thursday 19th December, our team of hard working elves will do their very best to get your bike to you ahead of Santa's sleigh.*
For a bike which is held in a remote warehouse please order before noon on Friday 13th.
Last in store collection date for bikes is Tuesday 24th, our stores will be closing on Christmas Eve at 1pm.
For parts and accessories (where we hold the item in our central warehouse or in a store) please order before noon on Thursday 19th.
We have a great selection of gifts for the keen cyclists, water bottles from £2.99, bags from £9.99, pumps from £9.95, we also have specialist bike cleaning products from £3.99.
Also available are Electric Bike Shop gift vouchers which can be redeemed in any of our stores plus vouchers for online usage can be supplied too!
To give our hard working staff a well deserved break over the festive period our stores will be closing at 1pm on Tuesday 24th December.
We will remain closed until Monday 30th December when Gloucester will be open as normal from 9.30am to 5.30pm.
All our stores will be open on New Years Eve from 9.30am but will be closing slightly earlier at 4pm
We will be closed on New Years Day.
Stores will reopen as normal on Thursday 2nd January at 9.30am.

While are stores are closed emails, WhatsApp messages and phone calls to our Customer Service team will be monitored 10am to 4pm (apart from Christmas Day, Boxing Day and Sunday 29th). We aim to reply to your emails and messages but it may take a little longer than normal.
