Purchase online or in store and your new e-bike will be built, configured and tested by one of our experienced technicians.

If you are collecting your new bike in store (or choose our premium Ready To Ride delivery) you will also benefit from a comprehensive handover, we will show you how to operate your bike, explain how to look after your battery plus make adjustments to your saddle, suspension or bars if required.

You also have the opportunity to ask as many questions as you want, a handover usually takes around 30 minutes.

We also offer a free in store 175 mile (or 4 to 6 week) post purchase inspection / check.

The initial 'run-in' period can reveal subtle irregularities or the need for minor adjustments after components begin to settle, wear in and adapt to real-world riding conditions.

This free inspection / check ensures that your e-bike continues to perform efficiently and helps prevent future complications.
