Before every ride we recommend you do some basic checks of your bike. This is often called an M check because as you move around the bike from back to front it forms the shape of an M. Here is a short video showing you how to do one.
How to M Check your Bike
Check the rear wheel is secure. Check for loose spokes and check rear tyre wear and inflation
Give the saddle a wobble and check it is tight and the seat post clamp is done up too
Check the chain is clean and lubed. Check the pedals and cranks are tight and rotate freely
Check the handlebars are tight and the brakes work front and rear
